Thoa Pattison, CPA, CA
Principal
Thoa grew up in Vancouver where she graduated from Capilano University in North Vancouver with her Bachelor of Business Administration. She then decided to make the trek up to Whitehorse, Yukon in 2009 to live and start articling for her CA.
Thoa obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 2013. In 2015, after having her first child, she decided it was time to return home to Vancouver. This is when she happily joined Brian Tipper Inc. as a public practice manager. In June 2024, Thoa took over Brian Tipper Inc.’s clients under the firm name, Thoa Pattison CPA and Associates Ltd.
Thoa works with many individuals and small businesses to assist them with their tax and financial reporting needs. She loves working with newly established businesses and watching them grow each year. When she isn’t working, Thoa is an avid crossfitter, can be found out and about with her two kids, found playing some kind of sport, or in the kitchen experimenting with a new recipe.

Fun fact: Aside from accounting, Thoa also coaches crossfit!
Foram Vadgama
Staff Accountant
Foram holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Uganda (2019) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Langara College (2023).
She brings experience from PwC Canada (Toronto and Vancouver), where she worked in external audit, serving clients across a range of industries including mining, multimedia, automotive, government organizations, and both public and private sectors. Foram also has previous experience as a Bookkeeper.
Outside of work, she enjoys swimming and spending time with her husband and friends.
She loves traveling and exploring new restaurants, especially those offering Indian cuisine.
Jessica Tipper
Accounting Technician
Jessica graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in December 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Jessica provides our clients with bookkeeping and payroll services, along with financial statement compilations and tax preparation.
When she is not at the office, Jessica takes Irish dance classes and competes throughout North America.
Fameeda Maharjan
Accounting Technician
Fameeda completed a Post Degree Diploma in Marketing Management from Langara College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (2017).

She built a strong background in administration and accounting and has developed an understanding of corporate environments. She is responsible for corporate and personal tax preparation, ensuring clients remain compliant and their financials are organized along with providing ongoing support by addressing clients’ questions.

Outside of work, Fameeda is an intermediate makeup artist and enjoys spending her spare time dancing and hiking.
Chloe Nguyen
Administrative Assistant
Chloe graduated from Langara College with a Diploma in Accounting and has experience in bookkeeping and payroll, giving her a strong foundation in organization and attention to detail.

Eager to grow her skills, Chloe joined the team as an Administrative Assistant, where she enjoys supporting daily operations and contributing to a collaborative work environment, as well as file preparation and personal income taxes.

Outside of work, Chloe loves cooking, spending time with friends, and playing or watching games. She is also currently working towards earning her certificate in French language.
